At Mental Health Hook up, we understand the importance of accessing resources for mental health. We know that not every program is right for every person and that family members need access to resources and support as well.
Mental Health Hookup is your resource to

- Provide clinical support to families affected by Serious Mental Illness (SMI)
- Advocate locally and state-wide for the

Mental Health Services
Finding services for adult family members who have a serious & chronic form of mental illness can be difficult.
Many of our families have “tried everything”.
We work with families to identify needs, deliver or recommend mental health services, and offer support for family members.
Our qualified staff members follow a program developed by Barbara Wilson, LCSW a lifetime advocate for and provider of mental health services.

Meet
Let’s Talk! Together we can do this. We encourage all interested family members & parties be included in the 1st meeting, allowing everyone to be heard.

aSSESS
We’ll complete both a thorough Physical Assessment and a Psychological Assessment in order to start creating your individualized plan.

CREATE A CUSTOM PLAN
We look for resources that are conducive to aiding the resolution of the problem, identifying the best and most appropriate resources for your unique needs.

Impacting The Future of Mental Health Services
Since 1967, Executive Director & LCSW Barbara Wilson has been advocating for and providing mental health services. Now joined by hundreds of volunteers and donors, this important work continues.
Mental Health Hookup is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit service organization driven to help families who have been impacted by a loved one who suffers from Serious & Persistent forms of Mental Illness.
Mental Health Hookup is dedicated to increasing services that will help individuals and communities alike. We do this through grants, education, and legislation.
